About Us

Our Story

We’re a husband and wife team from the Sutherland Shire, Australia. When we had our first child, we decided to start building a collection of Christmas decorations, adding to it slowly each year. The idea was that by the time our kids were old enough to really enjoy the magic of Christmas, we’d have an amazing display ready for them at home.

Unfortunately, the decorations we bought didn’t live up to the dream. By the second or third year, most had stopped working or were covered in rust. They took up a huge amount of storage space and only looked good at night.

That’s when we decided to create our own outdoor Christmas decoration—one that was high-quality, long-lasting, compact, easy to store, and looked great both day and night.

Before we knew it, we had spent two years designing, refining, and perfecting our first piece. But we still weren’t satisfied—because it was still something you could only enjoy once a year.

That's when we decided to make the face panels interchangeable so you can swap out the design to help families celebrate every special occasion from birthdays, baby showers, Easter, Halloween, and everything in between.

And just like that, the Festive Light Box was born.
